Q. Why do you only shoot full day coverage For Weddings?

A. If I only shoot a portion of the day, I don’t get the entire story. So, when I am hired, you can expect me there all day. 10+ hours are typically excessive. However, I can promise you that I will capture your entire wedding story and won’t leave until satisfied I can deliver a beautiful video of your special day.

Q. What is a first look?

A. I am a firm believer in the first look; an immensely intimate moment when the bride and groom see each other before the ceremony. There is only so much time couples get to laugh and cry and dance with the most important people in their lives who have come to celebrate their love. A first look allows video to be captured before guests arrive and gives couples the freedom to enjoy cocktail hour without being pulled away from their loved ones for photographs. In addition, a wedding is a celebration of your love for one another, yet you spend half the day getting ready, away from each other. Sometimes less effort should be put into transforming your face and body into something you are not on a regular basis so that you can spend more time with the person you love on your wedding day.

Q. What is the best light to shoot video in?

A. Light is an essential element in photography and video. For weddings, I always suggest getting ready in a bright, naturally lit room with very little clutter. I also recommend sneaking away for a bit during the hour leading up to sunset to get some excellent warm video footage and to spend a bit of time alone together

Q. How long does it take to get our Wedding video?

A. Typically, delivery of video will take between 4-6 weeks.

Q. What will I receive for my wedding package?

You can expect to receive in a basic package a 25-30 minute montage video of your day, a one-minute social media video, three copies on DVD and a copy on USB and 1 Month to host your video on garyguido.com with a private link for your family and friends to view the final video.
